One of the key objectives of The ESADE MBA is to awaken participants’ entrepreneurial spirit through our Entrepreneurship course. As an integrative platform for our participants to apply the management knowledge acquired throughout the MBA into consolidated business plans, our Entrepreneurship course is approached from both the “business start-up” and “corporate intrapreneurship” perspectives.
At ESADE Business School, participants benefit from a broad range of resources to get their business plans off the ground, including the ESADE-BDO Entrepreneurship Awards which were celebrated on 5th October. Following several elimination rounds, five projects from the Full Time MBA’s Class of 2009 were short listed for the final.
With cash prizes awarded to the winning and runner-up teams as well as free office space at ESADE Creapolis, the pressure was on for the contestants who were not only competing to win but also to impress the investors, business angels and venture capitalists that formed part of the audience.
Our congratulations to the Offset Options (www.offsetoptions.com) and Inaaya project teams who came in first and second place respectively as well as to all the other participants that proved to be worthy competitors!
